You will maintain prospect data in Google Sheets, research targets, verify contact details, and work with the local team to ensure consistent messaging.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B cold calling and outbound development.
• Experience contacting commercial property managers or similar audiences.
• Familiarity with Apollo, LinkedIn prospecting, Google Sheets and Drive.
• Able to handle objections without being intrusive.

Responsibilities

• Contact commercial property managers and facility managers.
• Identify additional prospects using approved research tools.
• Make cold calls, send tailored follow-up emails, and conduct LinkedIn outreach.
• Introduce services and handle objections; set up in-person introductions.
• Maintain a consistent follow-up cadence respecting prospect preferences.
• Coordinate messaging with local team for aligned outreach.
