Job summary

MicroSourcing is building a new team to support an Australian telco client in the Philippines. The Sales Appointment Setter will drive outbound prospecting, research target accounts, and convert conversations into qualified appointments to support the Enterprise sales pipeline.

The role emphasizes high-energy outbound activity, multi-channel outreach, and close collaboration with BMDs to ensure smooth handovers and feedback loops. Onsite, day shift. >

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience in Outbound Telesales or related roles.
B2B SaaS experience preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building with senior-level executives.

Responsibilities

Drive new business growth through outbound prospecting and lead generation.
Build pipeline via multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
Convert conversations into qualified appointments for the sales team.
Manage leads in CRM and Salesloft, ensuring accurate data and handover to BDMs.
Collaborate with Business Development Managers to optimize campaigns and conversion rates.
