Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in BPO or logistics
• Air Freight experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP exposure preferred
• Strong English communication; customer-centric mindset

Responsibilities

• Understand station/country documentation requirements and ensure tasks follow SOPs.
• Meet department SLAs and KPIs per delivery guidelines.
• Operate services according to shifts, countries or regions.
• Deliver high service quality through timely and accurate completion of services.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify improvements and best practices.
• Flag challenges to supervisor and business partner promptly.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for regular communication and information flow.
