Qualifications

• Exposure to ERP systems preferred
• Strong logical reasoning abilities
• High customer-centric mindset

Responsibilities

• Understand station/country documentation requirements and ensure tasks are executed per SOPs
• Meet department SLAs and KPIs according to delivery guidelines
• Operate services according to assigned shifts, countries, or regions
• Deliver high quality service with timely and accurate completion of tasks
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify solutions, best practices, and improvements
• Flag challenges to supervisor and business partner promptly
• Coordinate with stakeholders for regular communication and information flow
