Job summary

Expedock is seeking an Operations Support professional to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for international freight forwarding activities. You will monitor inboxes, register jobs, and manage shipments to ensure timely processing.

You will handle document management, e-DOCing, and follow up on various operational requirements while coordinating with cross-functional teams. A high level of organization and attention to detail is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or operations support.
• Familiarity with CargoWise is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operation inboxes and register jobs from order level.
• Review shipment details for completeness and accuracy.
• Create shipments and consoles in CargoWise.
• Handle e-DOCing and upload shipment documents.
• Follow up on EDOs, telex releases, customs holds, and other requirements.
• Coordinate with teams to obtain missing information or documents.
• Update shipment records with the latest information.
• Maintain organized shipment documentation.
• Support other forwarding and operations tasks as needed.
