Job summary

Synlink Recruitment Outsourcing Co. Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for non-voice chat support in Quezon City. You will assist customers via phone, email, or chat, provide clear information, and help resolve issues while maintaining accurate records.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Education: high school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Proficiency with MS Teams and basic computer apps is expected.
