Synlink Recruitment Outsourcing Co. Inc. in Quezon City is hiring Call Center Agents for Voice and Non-Voice accounts.

No prior BPO experience is required; open to fresh graduates and applicants with or without BPO experience. You will work on-site and on a shifting schedule, with July start dates available. Qualified candidates are K-12/High School graduates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Document customer interactions and updates in the system accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
