Job summary

TGT GLOBAL is seeking an IT Support Engineer (L1) to tackle tickets in a fast-paced MSP environment based in Bonifacio Global City. You will support US, UK, and NZ clients, focusing on Windows 10/11, MS 365, Active Directory, and network basics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
• 2+ years of hands-on Windows 10/11 support in a corporate environment.
• 2+ years of Microsoft 365 administration, including user management and troubleshooting.
• 2+ years of Active Directory experience (password resets, account creation, access mgmt).
• Strong working knowledge of basic networking (LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls).
• Experience in PC setup, hardware repairs, migrations, workstation support.
• Practical experience using IT ticketing systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to explain tech clearly to non-tech users.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alerts and ticket queues; investigate and escalate as needed.
• Triage tickets via phone and email; perform quick fixes with automation.
• Track ticket queue progress and escalate when required.
• Design and maintain service-desk process documentation.
• Provide 1st level support for incidents and service requests.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer-created tickets.
• Reconcile licenses with Finance Team.
• Accurately complete timesheets.
