TGT GLOBAL in Eastwood, Quezon City, is hiring a Level 2 IT Support Engineer to deliver comprehensive technical support to MSP partners and clients. You will handle incident management, system monitoring, and documentation to ensure reliable IT services.

The role is onsite for night shifts with US-based clients, offering growth, certifications, overseas training, and a benefits package including HMO from day one and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or similar technical role.
• Proficient in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Fortinet Firewalls, and Windows Server administration.
• Familiarity with IT monitoring tools and incident management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Incident management and ticket resolutions across workstations, servers, networks, devices, software, and general administration tasks.
• System monitoring to proactively identify and address issues.
• Documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Communication with customers
