TGT Global is seeking a Level 2 IT Support Engineer in Eastwood, Quezon City, Philippines, for on-site night shift. The role involves handling incident resolutions, system monitoring, and effective communication with MSP partners and clients.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT support, proficiency in AD, M365, and related tools, and strong problem-solving abilities. On-site work supports a dynamic, growth‑oriented team culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar technical support role.
• Proficient in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, BrightGauge, ITGlue, AutoTask/ConnectWise, Fortinet Firewalls, and Windows Server Administration.
• Familiarity with IT monitoring tools and incident management systems.
• Excellent written and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills.
• Amenable to work on site: MDC, Eastwood Quezon City - Night

Responsibilities

• Incident Management and Ticket Resolutions: Address issues and service requests that relates to all workstations, servers, networks, devices, software, and general administration tasks
• System Monitoring: Proactively monitor various IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications, to identify and address potential issues before they escalate
• Documentation and knowledge sharing
• Communication with customers
