TGT Global, based in Eastwood, Philippines, is hiring an IT Support Engineer to deliver comprehensive technical assistance to MSP partners and their clients, supporting US-based systems during a night-shift schedule.

You will manage incidents, monitor servers/networks, handle workstations and printers, and contribute to knowledge sharing. A 3+ year track record in IT support, strong communication, and familiarity with AD, O365, Firewalls, and Windows Server are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support or a similar role
• Experience with Active Directory, O365, Fortinet, Windows Server
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Address incidents and service requests for devices, networks, and software
• Monitor servers, networks, and applications for issues
• Perform general administration tasks and document processes
• Communicate effectively with customers and share knowledge
