Job summary

TGT Global in Alabang is seeking an L2 IT Support Engineer to join our MSP-focused team. You will troubleshoot for clients across AU, UK, NZ, and US while gaining real-world experience in a fast-paced MSP environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT support, strong Windows 10/11, O365, and AD skills, plus knowledge of networking and IT ticketing systems. Night shifts available in a vibrant Alabang office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a comparable technical support role.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting Windows 10/11 in a corporate or enterprise environment.
• 2+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 (O365), including user management and troubleshooting.
• 2+ years of solid Active Directory experience, covering password resets, user account creation, group and access management.
• Strong working knowledge of basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls).
• Demonstrated expertise in PC setup, hardware repairs, system migrations, and workstation support.
• Practical experience using IT ticketing systems in a fast-paced support environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Address issues and service requests that relate to all technology, from workstations to networks and vendor-specific hardware/software.
• Additional general administration tasks.
• Proactively monitor system alerts and respond to incidents as needed.
• Document and share knowledge; communicate with customers clearly.
