You will support customers across phone, chat, and email, handling common account, payments, and service queries while following established processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in BPO or contact-center customer service
• Experience handling voice and non-voice channels
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Proficient with computer systems while chatting/calling
• Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City on a night-shift schedule

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through phone, chat, and email.
• Follow established procedures and document interactions.
