Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle a blend of customer conversations across phone, chat, and email from Eastwood, Quezon City, with a focus on accuracy, empathy, and timely resolutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will review available account information, understand the customer’s concern, guide them toward resolution, document interactions, and escalate when appropriate, maintaining a professional, customer-focused experience across channels.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO or call-center experience.
• Comfortable supporting customers over phone and digital channels.
• Able to work with account information and document interactions accurately.
