Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO or contact-center experience.
• Comfortable handling voice and non-voice interactions.
• Able to explain account or transaction information clearly with accurate notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-channel support via phone, chat, and email.
• Investigate customer concerns and guide them toward resolution.
• Review account or transaction data before responding to inquiries.
• Document interactions and follow up per procedures.
