Acquire Intelligence in Eastwood, Quezon City is seeking a CSR with at least 1 year of BPO experience for a night-shift, onsite, full-time role. You will address customer problems across voice and digital channels, investigate concerns, and document outcomes while guiding customers toward resolution.

In addition to the base package of up to ₱34,000 per month, you can earn up to ₱10,000 in monthly performance incentives based on criteria.

Competenze

• At least 1 year in a BPO or contact-center role.
• Ability to handle voice and non-voice interactions with clear notes.
• Experience explaining account or transaction information accurately.

Mansioni

• Provide multi-channel customer support (phone, chat, email).
• Investigate customer concerns and guide toward resolution.
