Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound interactions via voice and/or non-voice channels (calls, chat, email).
• Provide professional customer service with proper communication etiquette.
• Address inquiries and resolve concerns with accurate information and solutions.
• Escalate issues per established processes.
• Gather and record customer information and actions taken in the system.
• Utilize knowledge base tools to resolve inquiries and learn new tools and processes.
