Acquire Intelligence in Eastwood, Quezon City is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries across phone, chat, and email. The role focuses on resolving account and transaction concerns with clear guidance and timely documentation.

You'll review information, apply the appropriate process, and ensure every interaction is accurately recorded. Night shift, onsite, full-time, with a total package up to 34k monthly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of BPO or contact-center customer service experience.
• Experience handling customers over the phone and willingness to support chat and email as part of a blended account.
• Comfortable reviewing account or transaction details, identifying the customer’s concern, and explaining the appropriate resolution or next step.
• Willing to work on-site and at a commutable distance to Eastwood.

Responsibilities

• Support customers across phone, chat, and email depending on business and customer needs.
• Listen to or review each concern carefully, ask the right questions, and help customers understand what happened and what can be done next.
• Provide clear, professional, and reassuring support from the start of the interaction through resolution.
• Escalate cases that require additional review, approval, or specialized support through the correct process.
