Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is hiring a multilingual Customer Service Associate for Khmer in Quezon City. The position is 100% onsite with shifting/night shifts, offering a monthly salary of ₱60,946 – ₱113,346 and a ₱20,000 sign-on bonus plus incentives.

Availability is ASAP with target start date in September 2026. You will handle Khmer and English customer interactions, assist with account and billing concerns, and document interactions to meet service targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Khmer and able to communicate professionally.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• BPO experience is NOT required; O2C knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, email, and other channels.
• Provide customer support in Khmer and English.
• Assist with account, billing, service, and product-related concerns.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Accurately document customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Khmerand able to communicate spontaneously and professionally
• Good working knowledge ofEnglish
• BPO experience is NOT required
• Collections experience is highly preferred but not required
• Knowledge ofOrder-to-Cash (O2C)is an advantage
• Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines
• Valid working visa required for non-Filipino applicants
• Temporary Resident Visa holders may also be considered
• Willing to work100% onsite in Quezon Cityon a shifting/night-shift schedule
