We have a new Vietnamese bilingual customer service representative job in Quezon City.

This job would be on shifting schedules.

The starting date for the job would be October 21, 2025.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Vietnamese and English in listening, reading, writing, and speaking (B2-level or higher)
  
• Minimum 2 years in College
  
• Preferably with at least 1-2 years of TSR/IT Helpdesk experience
  
• No BPO experience are welcome to apply
  
• Applicants must be Filipino citizens, permanent visa holders, or at least with a valid work visa.
