Job summary

A staffing agency in the Philippines is seeking a Vietnamese Bilingual Customer Support Representative for their Quezon City office. The role involves assisting customers, resolving issues through various communication channels, and building rapport with clients. Qualifications

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Vietnamese and English in listening, reading, writing, and speaking (B2-level or higher)

Minimum 2 years in College

With atleast 1 to 2 years BPO experience/TSR/ITHD background

Applicants must be Filipino citizens, permanent visa holders, or at least with a valid work visa.
