Job summary

Metacom Careers is hiring for a multilingual customer service role in the Philippines. You will handle inquiries, product information, and order management across Cantonese, Thai, Bahasa, Khmer, Vietnamese, and English, aiming for high customer satisfaction.

You will document interactions in the CRM, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases as needed while collaborating with teammates and participating in training sessions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Thai, Cantonese, Bahasa, Khmer or Vietnamese and proficient in English.
• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Open to applicants with or without BPO experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong communication.

Requirements

• Fluent in any of the following languages: Thai, Cantonese, Bahasa, Khmer, or Vietnamese.


• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent


• Experience Level: Open to applicants with or without BPO experience


• Skills and Competencies: Bilingual in Cantonese, Khmer, Thai, Bahasa, or Vietnamese, proficient in English, excellent communication skills


• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and manage customer requests in a fast-paced environment


• Qualities and Traits: Customer-focused, empathetic, and capable of working in a team-oriented atmosphere


• Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes is preferred but not required
