Worldwide Resources Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage weekly clinician payroll for multi-state operations.

The role involves data entry, issue resolution, and ongoing process improvement while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will work in Bridgetowne, Quezon City, with availability to align with US time zones and handle overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability and desire to work on a team with the goal of paying clinicians accurately and on time.
• Ability to communicate information to clinicians and management.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions with good judgement.
• Detail-oriented and able to pivot between tasks.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Motivated with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.
• Must be willing to work in the Bridgetowne, Quezon City office.
• Must be willing to work during US time zones.

Responsabilités

• Compile, record, and process weekly clinician payroll timely and accurately.
• Review hours and pay data and detect and reconcile payroll timesheet discrepancies.
• Data entry of payroll information into vendor portals when applicable.
• Completion of weekly new starts.
• Consistently meet daily and weekly deadlines.
• Correspond via text, email, and telephone with clinicians regarding payroll issues.
• Research payroll questions/issues and communicate root causes with improvement recommendations.
• Follow policies and procedures to maintain payroll compliance laws.
• Maintain clinician confidentiality and payroll data.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Act as a resource or subject matter expert for internal collaborators, including mentoring new Payroll Specialists.
• Other duties as assigned
