Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a US Payroll Specialist to handle accurate, timely payroll for US-based staff from our Manila operations. The role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations while maintaining precise employee records.

You will process bi-weekly/weekly payroll, review timesheets, manage deductions, and coordinate tax filings, W-2s, and year-end activities. Strong knowledge of US payroll laws and experience with multi-state payroll are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of US payroll processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll regulations and multi-state requirements.
• Experience with major payroll systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or weekly US payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Review timesheets, attendance, overtime, bonuses, and payroll adjustments.
• Ensure payroll calculations comply with federal/state/local tax rules.
• Maintain payroll records and process year-end activities (W-2).
• Coordinate payroll tax filings and remittance; respond to inquiries.
