Job summary

Responsibilities include reviewing timecards and payroll data for accuracy, ensuring regulatory compliance, approving changes, tracking bonuses, handling garnishments, and preparing W-2s.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in business and two years’ payroll experience.
• Advanced communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office and web-based systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• History of working US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely.
• Review timecard summaries for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure timecards are approved by management.
• Allocate labor distribution within the payroll system.
• Review new hire documents to support system integrity.
• Ensure reporting feeds are updated for benefit eligibility.
• Process employee changes related to payroll and deductions.
• Track bonus programs for proper processing.
• Process garnishments and child support orders.
• Comply with payroll laws and advise management on actions.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll operations.
• Audit annual W-2 reporting.
• Future AP tasks: payments, reconciliations, and vendor payments.
• Any additional duties as assigned by manager.
