Qualifications
Graduate of any four-year or five-year degree course.
Possesses good selling, communication and customer service skills.
Must have basic mathematical knowledge.
Preferably familiar with computer software including word processing & spreadsheets.
Experience with fieldwork and sales in microfinance is an advantage.
Preferably able to drive a motorcycle.
Responsibilities
Actively solicit microfinance loan accounts to meet business needs.
Analyze loan applicant’s qualifications for granting loans.
Initiate credit and collection activities to ensure credit quality.
Coordinate with other units related to loan processing.
Review and update customer loan files for credit processing.
Execute sales and marketing activities to achieve volume targets.
