This role includes soliciting microfinance loan accounts, analyzing loan applicants, conducting credit activities, and maintaining compliance with bank policies. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, strong selling and communication skills, and ideally, experience in microfinance sales. Familiarity with basic software is a plus.
Qualifications
Graduate of any 4 year degree course.
Good selling, communication, and customer service skills.
Basic mathematical knowledge required.
High integrity is essential.
Familiarity with computer software, including word processing & spreadsheets is preferred.
Fieldwork and sales experience in Microfinance is an advantage.
Must preferably be able to drive a motorcycle.
Responsibilities
Actively solicit microfinance loan accounts to meet customer business needs.
Analyze overall loan applicant qualifications for feasibility of loans.
Initiate credit and collection activities for account credit quality.
Coordinate with officers on processing loan applications and servicing.
Ensure adherence to bank policies and procedures.
Execute sales or marketing activities to achieve volume targets.
Attend to inquiries and client requirements.
Review and update customer loan files and agreements.
Perform additional functions as assigned.
