Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year or five-year degree course.
• Possesses good selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Must have basic mathematical knowledge.
• Preferably familiar with computer software including word processing & spreadsheets.
• With fieldwork and sales experience in Microfinance is an advantage.
• Preferably can drive a motorcycle.

Responsibilities

• Actively solicit microfinance loan accounts.
• Analyze overall loan applicants’ qualifications.
• Initiate credit and collection activities.
• Coordinate with other units related to loan processing.
• Review and update customer loan files and agreements.
• Execute sales activities to achieve volume targets.
