Qualifications

• Must preferably be able to drive a motorcycle.

Responsibilities

• Solicit microfinance loan accounts to meet customer business needs.
• Analyze loan applicant qualifications for loan feasibility.
• Initiate credit and collection activities for account quality.
• Coordinate loan processing and servicing with other units.
• Review and update customer loan files and agreements.
• Execute sales and marketing to achieve volume targets.
