BDO Network Bank, Inc. is seeking an Account Officer for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to achieve loan volume targets while maintaining profitability, sound credit quality, and good customer service. This role focuses on soliciting microfinance loan accounts and assessing applicants.

Based in the Philippines, with assignment in Bontoc, Mt. Province, the position requires strong selling and communication skills, basic math, and familiarity with MS Office, and may involve fieldwork and sales

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four- or five-year degree with a Bachelor's.
• Strong selling, communication, and customer service skills.
• Basic mathematical knowledge.
• Experience with MS Office; familiarity with word processing and spreadsheets.
• Willing to be assigned in Bontoc, Mt. Province.

Responsibilities

• Actively solicit microfinance loan accounts to meet business needs.
• Analyze loan applicants' qualifications to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Initiate credit and collection activities to ensure credit quality of accounts.
• Coordinate with officers and units related to processing and servicing loan applications and clients.
• Review loan files and agreements for adequacy for credit processing and loan booking.
• Execute sales and/or marketing activities to achieve volume targets.
