BDO Network Bank is seeking an Account Officer for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to achieve loan volume targets while maintaining profitability and sound credit quality, coupled with excellent customer service.

The role involves active loan solicitation, evaluating applicants, initiating collections, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to process loans and ensure accurate documentation. A BS degree and strong selling skills are required.

Competenze

• Graduates of four- or five-year degree programs.
• Good selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Basic mathematical knowledge.
• Familiarity with word processing and spreadsheets is a plus.
• Sales experience in microfinance is an advantage.
• Preference for drivers with motorcycle.

Mansioni

• Actively solicit microfinance loan accounts to meet customer needs.
• Analyze loan applicants to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Initiate credit and collection activities to maintain credit quality.
