Job summary

BDO Network Bank is seeking an Account Officer for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to grow loan volume while maintaining profitability and strong credit quality. Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year or five-year degree course; bachelor's degree holder.
• Possesses good selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Must have basic mathematical knowledge.
• Preferably familiar with computer software including word processing & spreadsheets.
• With fieldwork and sales experience on microfinance

Responsibilities

• Actively solicit microfinance loan accounts to meet customer needs.
• Analyze loan applicants' qualifications to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Initiate credit and collection activities to ensure credit quality of accounts.
• Coordinate with concerned officers and/or other units related to processing and servicing of loan applications and loan clients.
• Review and update customer loan files, loan agreements, etc. to ensure adequacy for credit processing and loan booking.
• Execute sales and/or marketing activities that will achieve volume targets.
