BDO Network Bank, the community bank subsidiary of BDO Unibank, seeks an Account Officer for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to achieve loan targets while maintaining profitability, credit quality and customer service. The role involves soliciting microfinance loan accounts, evaluating applicants, and coordinating loan processing with relevant units.

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Fieldwork and microfinance sales experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Actively solicit microfinance loan accounts to meet customer needs.
• Analyze applicants to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Initiate credit and collection activities to ensure credit quality.
• Coordinate with officers and units related to processing and servicing of loan applications.
• Review loan files and agreements to ensure adequacy for processing and booking.
• Execute sales and marketing activities to achieve volume targets.
