The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, possesses excellent selling and communication skills, and has experience in microfinance. Basic mathematical knowledge and the ability to drive a motorcycle are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year or five-year degree course.
• Good selling, communication, and customer service skills.
• Basic mathematical knowledge required.
• Fieldwork and sales experience in microfinance is an advantage.
• Ability to drive a motorcycle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solicit microfinance loan accounts to meet business needs.
• Analyze loan applicant qualifications for feasibility.
• Initiate credit and collection activities for account quality.
• Coordinate loan processing and servicing with other units.
• Review and update customer loan files and agreements.
• Execute sales and marketing activities to achieve targets.
