Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking an Account Officer to drive loan volume while maintaining profitability and sound credit quality. You will provide strong customer service and work within the bank's standards and regulatory requirements.

You will also handle inquiries from clients including AFP and other government agencies, solicit microfinance loan accounts, analyze applicants, and coordinate with other bank units to process and service loans.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree.
• Sales and fieldwork experience on loans is advantageous.
• Solid selling and customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit microfinance loan accounts to meet customer needs.
• Analyze loan applicants to determine feasibility and credit quality.
• Initiate credit and collection activities to ensure portfolio quality.
• Coordinate with bank officers/units to process loan applications and servicing.
• Perform other duties as assigned and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
