Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a dedicated professional to drive microfinance loan volume while maintaining profitability and sound credit quality. The role involves soliciting loan accounts, evaluating applicant qualifications, and coordinating processing with various units.

Responsibilities include ensuring policy adherence, pursuing sales targets, handling client inquiries, updating loan files, and performing other assigned tasks. Motorcycle driving is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year degree course.
• Strong selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Basic mathematical knowledge.
• High integrity.
• Familiar with word processing & spreadsheets.
• Fieldwork and sales experience in microfinance is an advantage.
• Preferably can drive a motorcycle.

Responsibilities

• Actively solicit microfinance loan accounts to meet customer needs.
• Analyze loan applicants to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Initiate credit and collection activities to ensure credit quality.
• Coordinate with officers and units related to processing and servicing loan applications.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies and procedures.
• Execute sales and marketing activities to achieve volume targets.
• Attend to inquiries and other requirements of clients.
• Review and update loan files and agreements for credit processing and booking.
• Perform other functions as assigned.
