Coins.ph in the Philippines seeks a results-driven Merchant Acquisition Lead to grow our merchant base and promote QR Ph payments.

You will drive partnerships, run the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and support onboarding with tech and compliance teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in FinTech/payments, strong negotiation and communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition in FinTech, payments, or e‑commerce.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to build trust and close deals.
• Organized, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with QR Ph, payment gateways, digital wallets, or e‑commerce integrations is a plus.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Mandarin Chinese language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow our merchant base by identifying and engaging online merchants that can benefit from Coins.ph’s QR Ph‑compliant payment solutions.
• Drive partnerships; conduct product demos and craft proposals to help merchants accept payments easily and securely.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closing and onboarding.
