Qualifications

• College graduate; a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience in sales, field marketing, customer acquisition, business development, or account management is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Influential, assertive, and results-oriented personality, with the confidence to approach potential merchants, influence decisions, and negotiate partnerships.
• Confident in presenting business opportunities and handling objections professionally.
• Willing to conduct field visits and travel within NCR for merchant acquisition, partnership discussions, and onboarding activities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently toward performance targets.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accurate records and prepare basic reports.
• Proficient in using smartphones, computers, messaging applications, and online platforms for communication and merchant onboarding.
• Willing to learn the Foodify PH platform and effectively communicate its benefits to prospective merchants.
• Candidates with transferable skills, initiative, and a growth-oriented mindset are encouraged to apply, even without direct experience in business development.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and approach potential merchants within the National Capital Region (NCR) who may benefit from joining the Foodify PH platform.
• Present and explain Foodify PH's features, benefits, and partnership opportunities to prospective merchants.
• Negotiate and establish partnerships with potential merchants to expand the Foodify PH merchant network.
• Conduct field visits and meet prospective merchants within NCR to promote the platform and secure partnerships.
• Guide merchants through account registration, onboarding, and product listing procedures.
• Coordinate with merchants to ensure their products are uploaded and made visible on the Foodify PH platform.
• Follow up with prospective merchants to address concerns and facilitate the completion of onboarding requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of merchant prospects, partnership status, onboarding progress, and field sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve merchant concerns and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Prepare regular reports on merchant acquisition, partnership development, and overall sales performance.
