SPS Training & Consultancy Services Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a proactive Sales/Business Development professional to generate leads, conduct outbound calls and in-person meetings with merchant owners, and drive the full merchant acquisition process.

You will train merchants on workflows, apps, and portals, provide updates and marketing materials, and collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed personal and team targets.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation and personality, good communication skills.
• Fresh graduates with related internship experience welcome.
• At least 6 months experience in sales, account management, or business development.

Responsabilités

• Generate leads through online channels, fieldwork, referrals, and events.
• Conduct outbound calls and in-person meetings with merchant owners and managers to pitch services and close deals.
• Manage the entire merchant acquisition process, including follow-ups, contract signing, onboarding, and compliance checks.
• Collect, review, and upload merchant documents; encode information into the platform.
• Train merchants on workflows, apps, and portals as needed.
• Provide partners with updates, marketing materials, and support to address inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain activity and progress trackers; prepare and submit reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in meetings to share updates and ideas.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
