Job summary

Castles International Technology And Services is seeking a Merchant Sales Officer to drive growth in the Anda, Pangasinan area by acquiring new merchant partners and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will conduct face-to-face presentations, negotiate deals, manage the territory, and regularly visit merchants to expand opportunities while hitting sales targets. This onsite role requires strong communication, resilience under pressure, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Sales, Merchant Acquisition, account management, or business development.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and manage/expand the assigned territory.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address merchant and client challenges.
• Capable of working under high pressure.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Willing to do fieldwork.
• Can work onsite (if necessary).

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential merchant partners within the assigned area.
• Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and demonstrate the benefits of the products and services.
• Negotiate and close merchant acquisition deals.
• Manage and expand the assigned sales territory.
• Conduct regular merchant visits to strengthen relationships and identify additional business opportunities.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and other similar business activities to generate leads.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities.
• Submit timely sales reports and updates on merchant accounts.
• Track and achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
