Job summary

A7 Recruitment is seeking a driven Merchant Acquisition Specialist in the Philippines to establish and manage merchant partnerships within the assigned area. You will drive new merchant sign-ups, present products, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful accreditation with SMEs.

Strong relationship-building and sales focus are essential. Two years of relevant experience and comfort with fintech or ecommerce domains are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma is preferred.
• 2+ years experience in merchant acquisition or sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and acquiring new merchants through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
• Client acquisition through product presentation, negotiation, contract signing and accreditation.
• Relationship management and customer retention with merchant partners.
• Cross-functional collaboration, team coordination, and sales tracking.
