Job summary

Link Business Process Inc. is seeking a Merchant Acquisition Specialist to establish and manage onboarding within a defined area in Metro Manila.

You will outreach to offline and online merchants, assess their needs, and position win-winning solutions for merchants, customers, and the company. You will develop and maintain a merchant acquisition target list and engage merchants to build strong relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction and protecting the company’s reputation.

Qualifications

• College graduate with relevant experience preferred.
• 2+ years in merchant acquisition, sales, or related field is a plus.
• Familiar with fintech and digital industry.
• Able to develop strong relationships with merchant partners.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Acquiring various offline/online merchants, including reaching out to them, understanding their needs and finding a win-win solution among merchants, customers and the company.
• Identifying and evaluating the most effective merchant acquisition approach and turning them into long-term partnerships.
• Developing and maintaining the merchant acquisition target list.
• Communicating with merchants to build a strong relationship.
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company's reputation.
