About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Merchandiser/Chicken Cutter (Butcher) to join the team at MKS Workforce Management Services Inc. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for processing, cutting, and preparing poultry products to the highest standards whilst ensuring food safety and quality compliance. You will play a vital part in our retail operations, working directly with fresh produce to meet customer demands and maintain inventory standards. This is a hands‑on position that requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in food preparation and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Expertly cut, trim, and portion chicken and other poultry products according to company specifications and customer requirements
• Maintain sharp, sanitised knives and butchery equipment, ensuring all tools are properly maintained and stored
• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling, storage, and temperature control of perishable items
• Prepare and package meat products for display, ensuring attractive presentation and accurate labelling with weight and pricing information
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock requirements to management to ensure adequate supply
• Maintain a clean and organised work station, including regular sanitisation of cutting surfaces and equipment
• Collaborate with the retail and sales team to meet customer requests and special orders
• Comply with all local health and safety regulations and company policies
• Assist with merchandising displays to enhance product visibility and appeal
