About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Merchandiser/Chicken Cutter (Butcher) to join our team at MKS Workforce Management Services Inc. This is a full-time position based in Pulilan, Bulacan. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, processing, and presenting poultry products to the highest standards, whilst ensuring food safety compliance and maintaining an efficient retail environment. This position is crucial to our retail operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction and product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Cutting, trimming, and portioning chicken and other poultry products according to established standards and customer specifications

• Operating cutting equipment and tools safely and maintaining them in optimal working condition

• Ensuring all products are properly stored, labelled, and displayed in compliance with food safety regulations

• Maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting stock levels to management

• Monitoring product quality and freshness, removing expired or damaged items promptly

• Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols

• Assisting with merchandising displays to attract customers and promote products effectively

• Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries about products

• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and meeting sales targets

What we're looking for
