Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls for members and assist with inquiries using provided tools.
• Answer calls promptly with friendly demeanor and willingness to assist.
• Assist members with inquiries and resolutions via knowledge management system (billing, benefits, provider search, eligibility).
• Document call details and resolution in CRM.
• Follow up outbound to support final resolution and satisfaction.
• Maintain professional demeanor and ensure questions are answered.
• Ensure primary metrics are met.
