Responsibilities

• Assist members with inquiries and resolutions via the knowledge management system (billing, payment histories, EOBs, provider search, coverage).
• Document call inquiries and resolutions in the CRM with next steps.
• Make outbound follow-ups as needed to support final resolution and satisfaction.
• Maintain professional demeanor and ensure all questions are addressed; understand possible scenarios.
• Ensure primary metrics are met.
