Job summary

Delnet Int'l. Corp. is seeking a Maritime Sales Executive to grow revenue in the Philippine maritime market, promoting navigation, communication, safety, and bridge equipment along with related services and maintenance solutions.

The role requires a proactive, field-oriented salesperson who builds long-term customer relationships, identifies vessel and fleet requirements, coordinates technical proposals, and consistently achieves sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; B2B or technical sales preferred.
• Two years of proven sales experience in maritime or related industries.
• Experience in maritime electronics or ship operations is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship skills.
• Willing to travel for frequent customer and vessel visits.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue from existing and new customers in the Philippine maritime market.
• Promote navigation, communications, safety, and bridge equipment, and services.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and identify vessel/fleet needs.
• Coordinate technical proposals with Product Management and Service teams.
• Prepare quotations, bid documents, and product presentations on time.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with clear stages and targets.
• Negotiate terms within company guidelines and help close orders.
• Monitor delivery, installation schedules, and after-sales concerns.
• Track market activity, fleet expansion, and regulatory changes.
• Conduct regular customer and vessel visits; travel as required.
• Utilize MS Office for reporting and communication.
