DS GLOBAL OFFSHORE ENGINEERING SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive business growth in the maritime and offshore sectors. You will manage client relationships, identify opportunities, and prepare commercial submissions to support contract negotiations.

The role involves coordinating with operations, engineering and procurement, delivering quotations and proposals, and maintaining sales forecasts for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development or tender management in maritime/offshore sectors.
• Knowledge of tendering, contract management and commercial negotiations.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in maritime and offshore industries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vessel owners, ship managers, and partners.
• Support full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and submissions.
• Support contract negotiations, pricing strategies and commercial risk assessments.
• Coordinate tender activities with operations, engineering and procurement.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipelines and reports for senior management.
