Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, EEE, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales or business development in marine or industrial sectors.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.
• Result-oriented with a proactive approach to business development.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the marine sector.
• Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and field interactions to understand requirements.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, and service) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
