Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Executive based in Manila to drive new enterprise growth across Southeast Asia. You will identify, engage, and convert enterprise accounts into long-term clients, handling the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting through closing, in collaboration with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5+ years of enterprise SaaS or technology sales, strong communication and negotiation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Technology, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven experience managing long enterprise sales cycles and high-value USD 100,000+ deals.
• Experience selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions.
• Fluent English and local language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize enterprise accounts across Southeast Asia.
• Build relationships with mid-to-senior-level stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Present and position AI-powered SaaS and enterprise technology solutions.
• Develop customized sales presentations and pitches.
• Coordinate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and CRM updates.
• Provide pipeline visibility and forecasts.
• Develop long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
